1. Digital Content
All sales of digital content, including but not limited to downloads, streaming access, and digital guides, are final and non-refundable. Once access is granted or the product is delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Subscriptions and Cancellations
- Non-Refundable: Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide credits or prorated refunds for any partial-month subscription periods.
- Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the following month, you must cancel your recurring subscription at least two (2) calendar days prior to the next billing cycle [Midnight Eastern Time].
- Processing Date: Payments for all active subscriptions are processed on the 1st of each month. If you fail to cancel before the cancellation deadline, your payment will be processed as scheduled, and access will continue through the end of that billing cycle.
3. Merchandise Returns/Exchanges
We accept returns on physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories) under the following conditions:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. If an item is returned to us that does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse your refund.
- Timeframe: Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Damaged/Incorrect Item(s): Must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at catchthisstep@gmail.com with your order number, description of the item damages or incorrect item(s), and pictures of the packaging and all items received. We will respond with the appropriate return instructions. Be sure to keep all packaging and items until the claim is resolved.
- Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges on physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, accessories). We welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our policy and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
